With this fractional yacht ownership you enjoy all the benefits of being owner of a luxury yacht with First Class service, without any hassles and high expenses. All services, maintenance and insurance, are included in the monthly management fee, which is a fraction of the amount you would usually have to spend as a yacht owner.

THE MANAGEMENT FEE COVERS FOLLOWING SERVICES:

1. Administration office, responsible for-

• Flight arrangements
• All necessary arrangements to ensure that your needs are accommodated
• Monthly newsletter and annual shareholder report
• Bookings

2. Salaries of crew-

• Skipper, Yacht master Coastal skipper to sail the yacht to your desired location
• Chef
• Deckhand, to assist with upkeep of the interior and exterior of the yacht and assist with sailing and activities

3. Yacht Maintenance-

• Repairs where and when necessary
• Day to day upkeep of interior and exterior of the yacht
• General services of engines and generator according to a service schedule

4. Mooring

5. Hauling out for anti fouling

6. Maintenance and running cost of shuttle services vehicle, (the car shuttles guests to and from the airport and does local tour drives)

7. Breakfast on board. Drinks and other meals are billed separately.
